Were hiring a fractional Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer (freelance or temp fulltime to ramp up and then 2 days/week) to own our recruitment machinery. We have multiple open roles to fill and need someone who can move the needle on sourcing and keep the funnel disciplined - fast without lowering our bar.
- Source & attract quality candidates - proactive LinkedIn scouting and outreach; build a strong top-of-funnel across all open roles
- Run the funnel - scheduling tracking interview slots candidate comms keeping candidates engaged through assignments and stages
- Keep us on track - enforce our SLAs maintain a live overview of every candidate nudge hiring managers
- Support evaluation - help the team assess candidates consistently against job descriptions and scorecards
Reports to: COO
Location: Belgium (Antwerp area preferred)
Model: freelance or temporay payroll (6 months)
- Recruitment experience in a relevant industry (tech / SaaS / fintech / mortgage)
- Strong hands-on LinkedIn sourcing
- Exceptional organization and follow-through many candidates and calendars in motion without dropping threads
- Fast responsive comfortable embedding quickly with a lean team
- A bar-raiser who protects quality under delivery pressure
