QUALITY ASSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Summary
To strengthen our Quality Team in Eynatten Belgium we are looking for a Quality Assurance Representative (m/f/x)
As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will help ensure the quality and compliance of our products while driving continuous improvement across our operations. You will investigate quality issues coordinate corrective actions and work closely with customers production teams and internal stakeholders to maintain and further develop our high-quality standards. Through your analytical mindset and proactive approach you will contribute to reducing quality deviations customer complaints and non-conformities while enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Quality Management: Support the continuous improvement of quality standards procedures and work instructions.
- Complaint Management: Investigate and manage internal and external quality complaints including customer communication and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Audits: Prepare coordinate and follow up internal audits customer audits and certification audits.
- Quality Control Systems: Ensure the reliability and effectiveness of quality control processes and testing methods.
- Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Apply structured methodologies such as 8D and 5 Why to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and compliant quality records audit reports and related documentation.
- HSE & Sustainability: Support the implementation of health safety environmental and sustainability standards.
- Customer Quality Support: Act as a key contact for international customers regarding quality requirements audits and complaint management.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities for improving processes documentation and working methods.
- Technical degree or equivalent qualification preferably in Quality Management Manufacturing or a related field.
- Experience in quality assurance complaint management quality control or a similar position within an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of quality management systems preferably ISO 9001.
- Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in German French and English.
- Proactive responsible and solution-oriented mindset.
