ILIAS is preparing for a new three year certification cycle where maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) supporting audits and ensuring process compliance remain important for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

execute and monitor QMS controls
maintain and improve documented information within the Quality Management System

help ensure that processes remain aligned with QMS and ISO 9001 requirements

Experience within software SaaS or technology driven environments
Experience with quality assurance governance and process improvement
Practical experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) environment
Understanding of ISO 9001 principles and their application within operational processes
Experience supporting audits process compliance or continuous improvement initiatives is considered a strong advantage
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work within a matrix organization
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Structured and solution oriented mindset
Fluent in English
