We are looking for an experienced Projectleider / Project Manager to lead IT and OT infrastructure and development projects within a large public transport environment. The successful candidate is pragmatic proactive and comfortable working with both IT and OT teams.

The role reports to the Manager ICT Infrastructure & Operations and requires strong expertise in project management methodologies infrastructure projects risk and issue management and stakeholder coordination.

• Lead IT and OT infrastructure and development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Manage project scope planning risks issues dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate effectively with IT OT and other project stakeholders.
• Apply structured project management methodologies and best practices.
• Lead or contribute to IT-OT due diligence studies.
• Provide expert guidance and knowledge transfer on project management methodologies.
• Ensure effective project reporting documentation and communication.
• Support infrastructure transformation and migration initiatives including VMware-related projects.
• Work within the applicable public procurement and governance framework.

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Project Leader in infrastructure or development projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within IT and OT infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in the public transport sector.
• Proven experience with IT-OT due diligence studies.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 PMBOK or equivalent.
• Ability to provide expert knowledge transfer regarding project management methodologies.
• Dutch at CEFR C2 level.

• Experience with Belgian public procurement legislation.
• Strong experience with project management techniques including risk management and issue management.
• Experience with VMware migration projects.
• Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL.
• Knowledge of MS Project and MS Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Relevant project management certification such as PRINCE2 PMP/PMBOK or equivalent.
