Project Manager (PM)

Knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge and skills as defined in the Service Requirements for a Project Manager (PM);
• Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies;
• Usage of project management tools e.g. MS Project;
• Good technical knowledge on the projects aspects;
• Practical knowledge of reporting methods;
• Ability to give presentations;
• Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks;
• Ability to participate in meetings in English good communication skills;
• Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in a team understanding the needs objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions;
• Leadership capability.

Specific Expertise:

• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Prince PMI EC PM2);
• Ability in drafting reports for the executive management;
• Good knowledge of Portfolio Management processes;
• Experience with relational databases;
• Ability in developing project management supporting tools.
