Project Manager Contract Farciennes

The Project Manager Contract will be accountable for all contractual matters during the life of the projects from business opportunities to tender stage contract negotiation project execution and close out:

• Manage variation orders time impact analysis claims litigations if any; in close collaboration with the Project Manager
• Lead the review of the contract Terms and Conditions
• Prepare the necessary agreements NDAs and any required contractual documentations
• Prepare negotiate and finalize the project agreement with the assistance of the Head Office legal department
• Assist the Project team to set up all the required procedures templates in order to ease the contract
• Advise and assist in the preparation and negotiation of any subcontract
• Assist and support the project team with all contract changes
• Take part of the development of the contract management strategy
• Be responsible for the reporting of all contractual matters

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related
• You have experience on site in the construction sector
• You are fluent in French and have a good understanding and possibilities of communication in English. Dutch capacities are also appreciated but not mandatory.
• Work closely with all members of the project team
• Possess strong communication negotiation and business development skills
• You have a positive and have a focused attitude
• Rigorous detail oriented with strong analytical skills
