Job Summary

  • Manage multiple commercial interior projects from quotation through delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders.
  • Coordinate project information between customers suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
  • Monitor project timelines proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
  • Respond to client enquiries and provide technical and project-related support.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate organized and up to date.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Champion an exceptional customer experience on every project.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in project management preferably within manufacturing construction architecture commercial interiors or design.
  • Experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is beneficial but not essential.
