Program Manager (Back Office Transformation & Centralization)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale organizational transformation focused on the centralization of back-office functions. The successful candidate will oversee a multi-year transformation program involving HR IT Finance and Administration ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and successful delivery of the target operating model.
The role requires strong program governance stakeholder management change management and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the overall transformation and centralization program.
Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment between projects and strategic objectives.
Facilitate and coordinate multidisciplinary working groups.
Develop and maintain an integrated program roadmap and planning.
Monitor milestones risks dependencies and overall program progress.
Prepare management reports progress updates and governance documentation.
Support decision-making by providing structured analysis and recommendations.
Drive organizational change and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation.
Ensure consistent project governance and program management practices.
Organize steering committee meetings and follow up on actions and decisions.
Deliver program documentation including planning risk registers issue logs meeting minutes and implementation recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program Manager.
Minimum 10 years of experience working within PMO/program and project environments.
Proven experience leading organizational transformation or centralization programs.
Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating organizational change or transformation initiatives.
Experience developing integrated program roadmaps and planning.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Experience using project management tools.
Strong experience with progress reporting risk management dependency management and governance reporting.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Dutch language proficiency at C2 level.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in change management.
Experience within the education training or public sector.
Experience working with governance structures such as steering committees executive committees and boards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
