Program Manager – Financial ERP Job ID JP054078

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Financial ERP transformation program within a complex public-sector environment. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the ERP program ensuring alignment between finance IT and executive stakeholders while managing governance budget risks and change management activities.

• Lead the ERP program lifecycle: planning budgeting governance delivery and reporting
• Coordinate finance IT integrators and software vendors across multiple workstreams
• Manage risks dependencies escalations and stakeholder communication at executive level
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations procurement standards and accounting processes
• Drive change management and user adoption within finance departments
• Oversee ERP integration modernization and transformation initiatives in a large organization environment

• Minimum 15 years of experience in ERP program management within financial environments
• Strong expertise with ERP platforms such as SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in public sector organizations and municipal accounting processes
• Solid knowledge of budgeting revenue expenditure and financial governance processes
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation and mainframe environments is a plus
• Strong leadership stakeholder management and communication skills
