What you will do

  • Define and develop the product and service offering for your area of responsibility based on market needs customer insights and business objectives

  • Gather and analyze market customer and competitor information to support product strategy portfolio decisions and business growth

  • Own product value propositions specifications and compliance requirements ensuring the right products are available in each category

  • Lead the business side of the new product development process and support successful product launches and lifecycle management decisions

  • Conduct pricing research and analysis to support product positioning profitability and commercial decision-making

  • Manage product portfolio performance including margin development product introductions and product discontinuations

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Business Development manufacturing supply chain technical support and PD&I to align priorities and execute plans

  • Support regional and country sales plans contribute to segment strategy execution and provide input to MSC and other key business processes

Who You are

  • You hold a bachelors degree in business engineering or a related field or you have gained relevant expertise through your experience
