The Job:

Join Stanley Black & Decker as ourBenelux Payroll Specialistand play a key role in delivering accurate timely and compliant payroll across the Benelux region. As part of theGSS Stanley Black & Decker Payroll Team you will be at the heart of daily payroll operations working closely with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers to ensure a seamless employee experience. Reporting directly to theBenelux Payroll Lead this is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment and is passionate about precision service and compliance.

What Youll Do:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the Benelux region including onboarding offboarding and employee status changes.
• Maintain and verify payroll data time and attendance records holiday balances and employee absences.
• Prepare payroll payments perform monthly checks support reconciliations and assist with year-end and audit activities.
• Generate payroll reports and respond to payroll-related queries from employees managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with external payroll providers government agencies and third-party vendors while supporting process improvements and documentation updates.

The Person:

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Benelux payroll processes (Belgium payroll knowledge is a non-negotiable)
• Good working knowledge of Joint Committees (Paritair Comités)
• Proficiency with SDWorx and HRBlox (required).
• Experience with ADP Globalview/Workday (a plus).
• Strong Excel skills (including vlookup and pivot tables).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated adaptable and a team player.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
