We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Paralegal to join our growing legal team in Antwerp. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse range of legal practice areas supporting attorneys and clients on sophisticated legal matters while developing valuable technical and professional skills.

As a Paralegal you will play an integral role in the day-to-day management of client matters legal documentation regulatory filings and case administration. You will work alongside lawyers associates and partners contributing directly to the successful delivery of legal services for both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support lawyers and legal teams in the preparation management and administration of client matters.
  • Draft review proofread and organize legal documents correspondence agreements and filing materials.
  • Conduct legal regulatory and factual research to support ongoing matters and client projects.
  • Assist with corporate housekeeping regulatory filings registrations and compliance-related activities.
  • Maintain and organize legal files databases records and document management systems.
  • Coordinate document execution processes and manage filing deadlines and legal calendars.
  • Prepare matter summaries legal reports due diligence materials and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with clients regulatory authorities government agencies notaries and external stakeholders as required.
  • Support transaction closings litigation processes and corporate projects where applicable.
  • Assist with billing support matter administration and client onboarding procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy confidentiality and compliance across all legal documentation and processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiencies within the legal team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree Paralegal qualification Legal Practice qualification or equivalent legal education.
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal Legal Assistant Corporate Paralegal or similar legal support role preferred.
  • Strong interest in corporate law commercial law dispute resolution intellectual property or related legal practice areas.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
