Onderhoudstechnicus Maintenance Technician (mwd)

Functieomschrijving 

Als Technieker ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het veilig betrouwbaar en efficiënt functioneren van alle technische installaties apparatuur en gebouwen binnen de terminal. U staat in voor het uitvoeren van preventieve predictieve en correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden en draagt actief bij aan de continuïteit van de operationele activiteiten. 

- Onderhoud: 
o Electro-Mechanical: Electrics / Inspections / Instruments 
o Mechanical 

- Opstellen en onderhouds plan: 
o Preventief onderhoud 
o Predictief onderhoud 
o Correctief onderhoud 

- Rapporteren defecten en herstellingen via Ultimo 
- Voorraadbeheer onderhoudsafdeling 
- Orde & netheid binnen de werkplaats en magazijn 

Overzicht van de taken: 
- Herstellen en reviseren van kleppen en/of pompen 
- Herstellen van dagdagelijkse defecten 
- Opvolging van stock 
- Communicatie wanneer stock moet besteld worden met de onderhoudsverantwoordelijke 
- Technisch beheer van het machinepark en technische installaties van hele Terminal 
- Beheer van de gebouwen 
- Beheer opvolgingslijsten preventief- en correctief onderhoud schepen 
- Initiatief nemen bij problemen en projecten op technisch vlak

Qualifications :

Profiel

• U heeft een sterke technische achtergrond in mechanisch en / of elektrisch onderhoud.
• Je bent proactief hands-on en oplossingsgericht.
• U kunt zelfstandig werken en ook effectief samenwerken met collegas en aannemers.
• U heeft ervaring met werken in een industriële omgeving en heeft een sterke focus op veiligheid kwaliteit en operationele uitmuntendheid.
• U bent georganiseerd en in staat om onderhoud nauwkeurig te documenteren
