NATO Account Senior Manager (Europe Based)
Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Strategic Account Leadership: Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy for the global NATO account.
- Relationship Management: Maintain executive-level relationships with NATO military commands civilian leadership and member-state delegations.
- Pipeline Generation: Identify qualify and capture high-value defense capabilities software and infrastructure opportunities.
- Procurement Navigation: Lead responses to complex NSPA and NCIA International Competitive Bidding (ICB) requests.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align capabilities and services to deliver mission-ready solutions meeting NATO standards.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor NATO defense budgets strategic concepts and geopolitical shifts to anticipate capability gaps.
- Minimum 810 years in defense business development account management or military procurement.
- Active NATO Secret Personal Security Clearance.
- Deep operational knowledge of NCIA NSPA and NATO HQ governance
- Extensive experience working on NATO Frameworks AAS DIANA CMRE etc.
- Currently reside in Europe ideally Brussels or The Hague.
- Proven track record of closing $10M deals in defense aerospace C4ISR or military cybersecurity markets.
- Ability to travel across European NATO facilities.
- High degree of integrity discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent managerial organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage confidential information.
- A key position supporting cutting-edge NATO innovation and defence programmes.
- Direct engagement with national and international Defense authorities.
Required Skills:
Required Qualifications: Nationality of one of the NATO member countries. Demonstrated professional event coordination and management experience in the past five (5) years for events hosting at least 50 people. Demonstrated experience working in multinational teams. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management. Demonstrated understanding of all elements of event management including facilities transportation administrative tasks security IT and logistics. Demonstrated familiarity with the nuances of coordinating events in Europe. Demonstrated proficiency in English as defined in STANAG 6001 (SLP 4444) or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Tool suite and collaborative software. Prior experience coordinating or managing events at the operational and/or strategic level including administrative and logistical support. Experience contributing to after-action reviews and writing event management annexes or related sections of final reports.
Required Education:
Education and Clearance: 4-Year University baccalaureate degree. NATO Secret Security Clearance or national equivalent.
