Your responsibilities

As a Marketing & Communications Advisor you will be the central hub of marketing activity for our white label partnerships:

• You work hand in hand with a network of Marketing Managers Sales Managers and Fleet Coordinators from a dozen major car manufacturers.
• You collaborate closely with the internal Partnership Sales team and external marketing agencies to deliver impactful marketing actions and campaigns.
• You contribute to the definition of the marketing strategy for our white label partnerships and translate it into concrete scalable initiatives.
• You help our partners integrate our products into their communication channels and identify opportunities to increase visibility and sales.
• You create and coordinate marketing materials campaigns and sales support tools tailored to the needs of our partners.
• You are responsible for the organisation of client events.
• You organize incentive programs events and training sessions to boost sales performance and strengthen relationships with our partners.
• You manage several projects simultaneously and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• You are proactive take initiative and do not wait for opportunities to come to you.
• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
• You constantly look for ways to make marketing actions more efficient scalable and impactful.

Who are we looking for

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree preferable in Marketing Business Management.
• You have extensive and substantial years (minimum 5 years) of experience with progressive responsibility in a comparable role.
• You are a natural born networker and can leverage your broad network to create impact with your actions.
• You have good listening skills and are able to translate business needs into concrete actions
• You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and you can convince your audience of the relevance of your actions and ideas.
• You have an agile mindset and can easily respond to changing situations in the market.
• You are a team player passionate in your work and have a great learning agility.
• You are bilingual FR/NL and speak English fluently.
