We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to join our finance this role you will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting strategic financial decision-making. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financials.

As a key member of our finance team you will:

• Take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with BGAAP and IFRS standards
• Lead critical month-end and year-end closing activities
• Continuously improve accounting processes controls and efficiency
• Partner with internal stakeholders and auditors
• Contribute to SAP optimization and process enhancements
• Support guide and mentor accounting staff

You are a proactive detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality and improvement. You also have:

• A degree in Accounting Finance or similar
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in:
• SAP (essential)
• VAT regulations
• BGAAP and IFRS
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications including strong Excel skills
• Experience in a fast-paced or international environment is a plus
• A hands-on mindset combined with strong analytical skills
• Confidence to work independently and take ownership
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in Dutch and English
• Self-starter self-managed and flexible
