Maintenance Planning Coordinator (Technical Administrator)

We are looking for a Maintenance Planning Coordinator to support the planning preparation and coordination of maintenance activities in a highly regulated industrial environment.

• Translate construction and technical documentation into preventive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate maintenance activities by ensuring the availability of materials equipment permits and work instructions.
• Prepare and manage maintenance schedules work orders and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams contractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution of maintenance work.
• Create and maintain asset structures Bills of Materials (BOM) and preventive maintenance data within the maintenance management system.
• Monitor orders suppliers and inventory while keeping maintenance records drawings and documentation up to date.
• Provide technical guidance and operational instructions to maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Support the transition of installations from project phase to operational maintenance.

• Experience translating engineering or construction documentation into maintenance plans.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS/EAM) including asset structures Bills of Materials (BOM) and preventive maintenance.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to gather technical information from engineering teams and communicate it clearly to maintenance personnel.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Technical Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Dutch fluency and professional English.
