- 5 years of experience in customer-facing software data product software as a service or technology implementation roles preferably within financial services financial software data analytics or AI-enabled solutions
- Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships analyse customer workflows and translate business needs into clear data automation AI and product requirements
- Good understanding of data product concepts including data quality lineage governance metadata controls release readiness and operational support from a delivery and customer adoption perspective
- Strong delivery discipline including prioritisation dependency management risk awareness attention to detail and the ability to drive progress in complex cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with data product data delivery data warehouse or analytics environments such as Snowflake Databricks Redshift Athena or Kafka as well as basic coding and analytics concepts including SQL Python JavaScript and data visualisation tools
- Experience working with Model Context Protocol services agentic workflows generative artificial intelligence platforms embedded data solutions or AI-ready data delivery models
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
- Bachelors degree required preferably in Finance Banking Economics Business Information Systems Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related discipline
- Masters degree Master of Business Administration or equivalent relevant professional experience preferred
- Lead customer-facing implementation onboarding and adoption activities for Moodys data products generative artificial intelligence agentic workflow and Model Context Protocol solutions
- Conduct discovery sessions to capture customer requirements workflows technical constraints success criteria and adoption risks and translate findings into actionable delivery plans and product enhancements
- Partner with Product Management Engineering Data Governance Operations Sales and Customer Success teams to support implementation planning release readiness and reliable customer delivery
- Support solution configuration entitlement setup application programming interface integrations data validation and technical onboarding while coordinating resolution of product data and integration issues
- Deliver demonstrations workshops training and technical enablement activities leveraging AI tools to accelerate documentation reporting and impact analysis
- Gather customer feedback maintain accurate project and adoption reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies playbooks and scalable implementation processes
- Travel occasionally to customer locations as required
