KYC Casemanager (Medior)
Job Summary
In this role you will ensure that all legal and regulatory AML/KYC requirements are properly met while maintaining direct contact with clients.
Your responsibilities:
- Review existing client files and identify missing information.
- Research and validate information through internal systems and public sources.
- Contact clients to obtain required documents and information.
- Follow up on cases and ensure deadlines are met.
- Verify the accuracy and compliance of received documentation.
- Determine ownership structures and identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Correctly register document and archive case information.
- In time contribute to the integrated processing of UBO and KYC files.
Qualifications :
For this challenging role we are looking for a reliable professional who can contribute to high-quality case management and processing.
Your profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent through relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC AML compliance case management or a similar banking environment.
- Knowledge of UBO KYC and AML regulations is a strong asset.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Accurate analytical and well-organized.
- Excellent command of Dutch and French with professional proficiency in English.
