JOB DESCRIPTION:
As one of our Project Partners your objective is to define execute and consolidate qualification testing plans and results for systems products in line with international standards.
Key responsibilities might include:
Define the content of qualification plans based on performance or technical specifications written in English.
Draft detailed test procedures and reports and ensure the planning execution and technical follow-up of these tests.
Manage on a daily basis internal external and material resources to complete assigned tests within negotiated deadlines and at the best cost.
Personally participate in test execution when the required level of expertise or workload justifies it.
Guarantee the accuracy and relevance of measurements and defend them within the quality assurance policy of the organization.
Describe and analyze test results establish conclusions and present findings with supporting arguments to internal or external stakeholders providing structured analysis and factual opinions.
Ensure consolidation of test results through their integration and follow-up in the test center database.
Initiate new methods and procedures create tooling analyze encountered issues and propose technical solutions and choices.
Occasionally contribute to software test activities according to DO-178C and DO-254 standards for certifiable products an awareness of these frameworks being a plus rather than a core requirement.
Profile:
Civil or Industrial Engineering degree in electromechanics.
Interest in testing activities and occasional international missions to follow up in external laboratories.
Sufficient technical knowledge of products their constraints and associated experimental technological processes.
Ability to build strong working relationships to manage cross-functional activities with internal and external partners with empathy and team spirit.
Capacity to instill a customer satisfaction mindset within the team: quality of results complete and available reports respect of negotiated deadlines flexibility availability acting as a partner rather than a service provider proactive attitude.
Ability to remain factual and objective regarding results even when they challenge deadlines or design choices.
Initiative and sense of responsibility.
Safety-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of systems department products is an asset.
Willingness to learn international testing standards (MIL-STD DEF-STAN STANAG AECTP GAM RTCA and occasionally DO-178C/DO-254) as a priority objective upon joining.
Proficiency in Office suite.
Fluent French and English required (written and spoken).
Agreement with specific work conditions: maximum 2 days of remote work per week start time between 8:00 and 8:30.
An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic as well).
Immediate availability is preferred.
