Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant/Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting in the day-to-day management of corporate real estate projects across the Belgium region. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from initial strategy and planning through design construction occupancy and project closeout.

This role offers exceptional exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects clients and industries providing an excellent platform for career development. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and industry specialists you will receive the support mentorship and hands-on experience needed to grow your project management capabilities while contributing to high-profile real estate projects across Belgium.

• Support Project Managers in the successful delivery of multiple concurrent commercial real estate projects.
• Coordinating day-to-day project activities and contractor operations.
• Monitor project progress against programme identifying and escalating risks issues and potential delays.
• Assist with project reporting documentation programme updates and performance tracking.
• Support the identification and management of project changes Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Build positive working relationships with clients contractors designers and the wider project team.
• Commercial: Supporting fee budget forecasting invoicing variations change orders and commercial reporting.
• Keeping projects moving: Coordinating resources schedules deliverables and project information across multiple teams.
• Working with clients: Building strong relationships and communicating clearly on project programme and commercial matters.
• Managing risk: Identifying potential issues early and helping teams resolve them before they become problems.

Qualifications :

• Degree in a relevant field i.e. construction engineering architecture.
• Fluent in English is a must with Dutch and French being desired
