We are looking for a motivated on-site Junior IT System Engineer to strengthen our IT this role you will support our users maintain our Microsoft 365 environment and contribute to various digital transformation projects across the company.

Core Responsibilities:

M365 Administration :

• Manage user identities in Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Manage Microsoft Exchange Online mailboxes and distribution groups
• Monitor and manage email security message flows and policies in Microsoft Defender
• Manage SharePoint and OneDrive configuration and permissions

Devices & Workplace Support :

• Install configure and manage Windows devices (preferably using Microsoft Intune)
• Troubleshoot issues related to laptops tablets printers.
• Maintain the IT asset inventory records
• Escalate issues and coordinate with IT Consultant partner when needed

Training and User Support :

• Provide support for software hardware and system-related issues
• Create user guides training materials and documentation for Dynamics 365 and other business systems

Project Participation :

• Take part in IT projects such as Sharepoint Implementation D365 F&O Implementation and Infrastructure projects

Infrastructure Monitoring :

• Monitor network stability system performance and application availability
• Escalate issues and coordinate with infrastructure partners when needed

Continuous improvement :

• Document recurring issues and best practices for the IT knowledge base
• Suggest improvements to processes configurations and user experience

Collaboration with Infrastructure providers:

• Coordinate ticket escalation and follow-up when external support is required

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in IT or equivalent through experience
• You have Minimum 2 years of experience in IT System
• Experience with Microsoft 365 platform (Entra ID Exchange Defender Sharepoint and OneDrive)
• Basic understanding of network fundamentals.
• Interest in Business Application (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)
• Strong troubleshooting prioritization and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about technology learning and helping others
• Strong research and self-learning skills
• Advanced level of Dutch Or English and French is a plus
