Job Description

• Our client is looking to hire a developer operating within the IT Development service of the Digitalization and Organization Department.
• The team is responsible for analyzing implementing and maintaining applications and components that support.
• The team manages a large diverse portfolio with widespread organizational impact. Additionally they support other IT development teams in integrating components into their respective application suites.

Role & Responsibilities:

• The developer will contribute to the development of both existing and new (web) applications and components supporting the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
• Working alongside fellow developers you will report directly to the Project Manager.

Key tasks include:

• Contributing to the development of new and existing functionalities.
• Translating functional specifications into technical designs.
• Providing support to other IT teams utilizing components from the portfolio.
• Ensuring technical solutions align with established architecture standards and guidelines.
• Maintaining open transparent communication and working practices.
• Technical Competencies

Must-Haves:

• Education: Demonstrable training in programming languages and environments such (C#) etc (minimum 1 year)
• .NET (C#): Excellent knowledge with at least 12 months of verifiable experience (minimum 1 year)
• Web Development: Demonstrable knowledge of Angular 20 or higher WebAPI Core.
• Data: Demonstrable knowledge of EF Core relational databases and SQL

Coding Proficiency:

• Ability to smoothly execute programming tasks (coding testing debugging) with minor coaching/guidance where necessary.
• Architecture & State Management: Demonstrable experience with NGRX and knowledge of CQRS.
• Methodology: Demonstrable experience with Scrum and a basic knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Tools: Demonstrable knowledge of GitHub Copilot.
