Azure Platform Developer

What you will do:
Set up technical analyses and proof-of-concepts during the foundation phase
Help build a scalable and manageable cloud-native platform environment
Contribute ideas regarding containerization and migration of applications to AKS/ACA
Support the selection and implementation of SDLC tooling
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to realize a future-proof platform

Microsoft/Azure environment
.NET Core applications hosted on Azure VMs
Legacy systems that may be replaced or modified:
Legacy Dynamics
Legacy Integration tooling

What we are working towards (TO BE depending on foundation phase):
Azure as the core platform
Containerization (AKS ACA)
Cloud Native tooling (Istio service mesh ArgoCD GitOps ...)
SDLC optimization and modernization

What we are looking for
Strong experience with Azure Core
Experience with containerization (AKS/ACA/Docker)
Knowledge of Cloud Native ecosystems (service mesh GitOps CI/CD)
Experience with application modernization and/or replat forming is a plus
Proactive constructive team player who can both build and challenge
Experience with setting up SDLC pipelines is a plus

You are fluent in Dutch.

Skills
Experience with containerization is a must (AKS/ACA/Docker)
You already have practical experience in application modernization and/or replat forming.
You have a good knowledge of Cloud Native ecosystems
You have strong experience as a Platform Developer/Engineer and you are familiar with AZURE and .NETCore.
Proactive constructive team player who can both build and challenge

Note: This is a primarily remote opportunity with onsite attendance required only once a week.
