We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support digital transformation and business process optimization initiatives within a public-sector environment. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood documented and translated into effective technical solutions.

• Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and clarify needs.
• Create functional documentation process maps use cases and business specifications.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable deliverables for development teams.
• Support testing activities including test preparation and coordination.
• Ensure implemented solutions align with agreed business requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Initial experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of business process analysis use cases and data modeling.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong communication documentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an asset.
• Experience within a public-sector environment is a plus.

• Hybrid working model.
• Minimum two days per week on-site in Brussels.
