IT Transition Coordinator
Job Summary
The IT transition coordinator acts as interim head of the IT function for a period of one year.
In this capacity he:
- ensures the operational management of the IT function and the continuity of digital services;
- establishes and maintains the consolidated view of the portfolio of ongoing projects requests and services;
- sets up arbitration prioritization and reporting mechanisms (demand governance management dashboard);
- establishes budget transparency and initiates the cost control (TCO) process;
- structures the management and accountability of suppliers (private and institutional);
- develops a user-oriented culture by listening to and prioritizing business needs;
- identifies and implements possible synergies with Clinet(pooling of building blocks services and skills);
- contributes to rebuilding a climate of collaboration and trust between Two public clinets
- prepares the handover to a sustainable IT management structure (recruitment planning knowledge transfer).
Required skills and experience
Seniority: Profile of a senior consultant/IT manager capable of acting as interim IT function manager and communicating with management bodies (Executive Committee Board of Directors) and supervisory authorities.
Transition Management: Proven experience in taking over an IT function in a complex and constrained environment with a requirement for short-term results.
Portfolio Management/PMO: Mastery of demand management prioritization and portfolio management processes.
Sourcing and Public Procurement: Significant experience in managing procurement teams and public procurement of services/consulting given the significant amount of external sourcing at Clinet and the need to avoid conflicts of interest.
IT Financial Management:Ability to rebuild a reliable budgetary vision establish commitment monitoring and develop a comprehensive cost model (TCO).
Public Sector/FWB: Knowledge of the institutional and budgetary framework and experience managing IT and Procurement teams in the public sector.
Interpersonal Skills: Leadership political acumen listening and mediation skills. ability to restore trust between stakeholders and to lead change.
