Nextlink is seeking an experienced IT SME BPM (business process management) professional to join our team. You will be responsible for administration support and continuous improvement of the organizations iGrafx BPM system and TIM Solutions automation module covering process modelling repository automation and all interfaces. Acts as technical/functional expert for process modeling workflow automation system integration and lifecycle management working with business stakeholders IT and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Support
Own iGrafx BPM TIM Solutions platform (dev/UAT/prod environments)
Manage repository/automation lifecycle (3-4 major releases/yr; yearly TIM upgrades)
Maintain interfaces (REST/ETL IBM API ORDS) SSO/Azure AD API keys
Manage user groups roles permissions access and IDS-based account sync
Troubleshoot issues lead upgrades/patches maintain knowledge base.
User Support
Handle incidents change/access requests; liaise with vendor support
Maintain user guides training materials KPI dashboards master data
Project Evaluation
Assess new process automation requests: requirements analysis solution design budget/timeline estimation scope agreement business case/governance support
Process Management & Optimization
Support process documentation/modeling per BPM standards
Build dashboards/reports; track KPIs (efficiency adoption system health); produce monthly license/usage reports.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors in IT CS Business Info Systems Engineering or related
Experience: 5 years supporting BPM platforms; hands-on iGrafx (or similar); workflow automation implementation; system admin/app support/business analysis; JavaScript form development; stakeholder-facing process design work
Success Measures: High system availability/performance reduced manual work via automation policy compliance measurable business value from optimization
