Internship in Employee CSR Services team

Your part of the deal:
In this role you will support the review and improvement of Euroclears volunteering (team building) activities. Your tasks will include reviewing and updating the volunteering catalogue clarifying guidelines so that business teams can directly engage with charities and supporting the simplification of the end-to-end volunteering process flow. You will work closely with the Community team to identify opportunities to streamline activities and reduce operational complexity. This internship will give you the opportunity to contribute to employee experience and ESG initiatives within an international organization while developing your analytical and organizational skills.

Your profile:

• You are a student (Bachelor/Master) and interested in HR business sustainability or employee experience.
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
• You have strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.
• You have very good oral and written communication skills.
• You are comfortable structuring information and working with tools such as Excel or PowerPoint SharePoint.
• You are interested in artificial intelligence.
• You are proactive a quick learner and eager to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• You are a team player able to collaborate with different stakeholders.

Our part of the deal:

• 4-6 months of paid internship.
• Hands-on experience in volunteering employee experience and process improvement.
