Intelligence Systems Support Chief Technician for NATO with security clearance

We are supporting NATO in sourcing experienced professionals for mission-critical roles across the Alliance. This is a contract (B2B) engagement delivered on-site working alongside NATO teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within an integrated NIC contractor team in a G14-equivalent Chief Technician role
• Provide Level-2 and Service-Management support for Incidents Service Requests Change Requests and Tasks traceable through NCIA ITSM and Azure DevOps
• Respond document categorise and resolve assigned tickets in line with internal processes
• Install maintain monitor and support the JSSC services (NAMIS CoreGIS REACT Intel-FS ANB Release Server HMART CSD IPL/IWS ICMT AOSS NABI and more)
• Participate in daily reporting and planning (daily meetings) workshops events and conferences as directed by the Service Delivery Manager(s)
• Take part in on-call support as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Solid Level-2 technical support and IT service-management experience
• Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing workflows (NCIA ITSM Azure DevOps or equivalent)
• Exposure to JISR / intelligence-support systems is a strong advantage
• Flexible reliable and comfortable with on-call and on-site working
