Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist NetIQ

We are seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to support the configuration customization and extension of an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.

• Configure customize and enhance IAM infrastructure components based on functional requirements.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of identity governance and access control solutions.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP web services integrated with IAM systems.
• Produce technical documentation test plans and integration procedures.
• Support integration performance and load testing activities.
• Provide functional and technical recommendations to optimize IAM solutions.

• Proven experience with NetIQ Identity Manager NetIQ Access Manager and NetIQ eDirectory.
• Strong experience in developing REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience deploying and integrating IAM solutions in enterprise or public-sector environments.
• Knowledge of SAML OAuth OpenID Connect Java/JEE JavaScript AJAX XML and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Basic knowledge of UML modeling.

• Native-level French language proficiency.
• Ability to work on-site in Brussels 2 days per week (hybrid model).
• Demonstrated experience delivering at least three similar IAM/NetIQ projects including IAM integration process design and IAM connector development.
