ICT Expert / Senior Business & Functional Analyst (API & Digital Transformation)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ICT Expert with a strong background in business and functional analysis to support the continued development of a modern data and reservation platform for mobility services. The role focuses on translating business needs into functional and technical requirements while supporting the implementation of an API-driven software platform.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders project managers architects developers and external partners to deliver scalable digital solutions using modern integration technologies Agile methodologies and cloud-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business and functional analysis activities for complex digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze existing business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Create user stories process flows functional specifications and solution designs.
• Support the design and implementation of API-based loosely coupled service architectures.
• Work closely with project managers business analysts developers architects and external vendors.
• Facilitate workshops presentations webinars and stakeholder meetings.
• Assist in planning project deliverables and maintaining project roadmaps.
• Advise on infrastructure security availability SLA GDPR and operational requirements.
• Support integration of software solutions across applications websites and operational platforms.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and process improvements.
• Contribute to DevOps-oriented delivery processes and Agile project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science ICT or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ICT environments with similar technologies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong experience with:
  • API platforms and API-driven architectures
  • Digital transformation projects
  • DevOps environments
  • Requirements analysis and solution design
  • Data modelling and process modelling
  • Workflow optimization
• Experience delivering presentations workshops and webinars.
• Ability to quickly understand complex business domains and operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with both technical and business teams.
• Dutch language proficiency at CEFR C2 level (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large business-critical applications.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud-based and on-premise architectures.
