We are looking for an experienced IAM Security Office Expert to join a dynamic Information Security team responsible for strengthening Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance across a large enterprise environment.
You will work within a multidisciplinary security team consisting of IAM specialists Application & Cloud Security experts Workplace Security specialists and Data Protection professionals. The team plays a key role in defining and enforcing security policies ensuring that applications platforms infrastructure and business data are protected through effective Identity and Access Management controls.
You will collaborate closely with security professionals enterprise and solution architects IT product teams business stakeholders IAM coordinators and global security teams to improve IAM maturity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
IAM Security Governance
Serve as the organizations subject matter expert for Identity and Access Management.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise application landscape identities access models and IAM processes.
Assess review document and improve IAM processes and controls while aligning with ISO 27001 security objectives and industry best practices.
Work with business stakeholders to maintain effective role-based access models (RBAC).
Develop and maintain an IAM risk heatmap to provide visibility into identity-related risks across applications and platforms.
Define IAM security requirements for business initiatives and ensure they are implemented through collaboration with technical teams.
Prepare and deliver clear reports and presentations on IAM risks compliance strategy and maturity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders including management and auditors.
IAM Controls & Continuous Improvement
Define and maintain the IAM roadmap based on business priorities security risks compliance requirements technology evolution and security standards.
Participate in projects impacting Identity and Access Management by defining security requirements and ensuring their successful implementation.
Ensure operational ("Business as Usual") processes are clearly documented and handed over to operational teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of user risk assessments and identity governance by identifying critical risks and driving remediation initiatives.
Security Awareness & Collaboration
Build strong partnerships with IAM coordinators and business representatives to ensure consistent IAM governance across the organization.
Promote security awareness and educate business and IT teams on IAM risks policies standards and best practices.
Support the development of a strong security culture across the enterprise.

Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform configuration is performed by dedicated operational teams based on Information Security requirements.
The organization leverages a combination of internally managed and centrally provided security platforms and services.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Cyber Security or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management.
Experience within a large enterprise environment is highly desirable. Experience in regulated industries such as financial services is considered an advantage.
Broader experience in Application Security or Cyber Security is beneficial.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles governance and lifecycle management.
Experience with different identity types including privileged non-privileged technical shared and personal accounts.
Solid knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts and access governance processes.
Experience implementing IAM controls across multiple technology environments including:
Enterprise applications
APIs
File storage platforms
Collaboration platforms
Windows and Linux servers
Mainframe environments
Cloud platforms (Azure and AWS)
SaaS solutions
Good knowledge of identity repositories such as:
Active Directory
Microsoft Entra ID
LDAP
Ability to perform advanced analysis and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools including Excel.
Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Privileged Access Management (PAM/PUAM) and Enterprise Password Management solutions is advantageous.
Experience identifying security risks and driving remediation plans.
Familiarity with ISO 27001 or other information security frameworks is desirable.
Personal Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills with technical specialists business stakeholders and senior management.
