About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Group Life Policy Administration Specialist to provide operational support within a busy insurance administration team. This contract role focuses on managing group life insurance policy servicing activities processing member files and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in group insurance administration excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage group life insurance member files in accordance with established procedures and applicable regulations.
  • Administer policy changes and updates to existing group insurance contracts.
  • Process Sigedis communications and related administrative activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate policy documentation.
  • Respond to enquiries from clients and brokers via email and telephone.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer requests.
  • Maintain accurate records using internal administration systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal tax and company requirements.
Required Experience
  • Experience in group life insurance administration or policy servicing.
  • Good understanding of life death disability and hospitalization coverages.
  • Knowledge of how group insurance contracts operate.
  • Familiarity with regulations relating to employee benefits and taxation.
  • Experience working with Sigedis processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong administrative and case management skills.
