Global Advanced Analytics Lead

We are looking for a Global Advanced Analytics Lead who is innovative collaborative and impactdriven to join our Patient Evidence team based in our UCB office in Belgium the United States or Japan.

About the role

You will lead advanced analytics projects that generate meaningful insights to support patient value. You will guide the development and implementation of analytics solutions translate business needs into analytical approaches and ensure models operate effectively as they scale. You will also champion a datadriven culture by integrating diverse data sources shaping analytics strategies and enabling predictive insights that support future decisions and successful launches. Your work will help reduce reliance on primary data by maximising the value of existing data sources and advanced analytics methods.

Who youll work with

You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with colleagues across Integrated Insights and Advanced Analytics Patient Solutions and Patient Evidence. You will partner with business leaders regional analytics teams and scientific experts to cocreate priorities and deliver impactful insights. You will also engage with external stakeholders and contribute to a strong analytics community that values shared learning communication and continuous improvement.

What youll do

Lead advanced analytics projects that address key business questions and uncover new opportunities for patients and the organisation.

Translate complex business needs into clear analytical solutions that generate actionable insights.

Guide the development implementation and ongoing operations of analytics models to ensure reliability and scalability.

Partner with insights leads and crossfunctional teams to shape analytics priorities and deliver integrated insights.

Mentor colleagues by demonstrating effective analytics practices communication and practical implementation of recommendations.

Strengthen collaboration with internal and external stakeholders through structured communication and shared learning.

Support the development of a datadriven culture by demonstrating the value of advanced analytics across the organisation.

Contribute to talent development by coaching team members and fostering a strong analytics community.

Interested For this role were looking for:

A masters or doctoral degree in a quantitative field.

At least seven years of experience applying predictive modelling and data transformation techniques.

Experience leading complex projects from initiation to implementation.

Proficiency in programming and application development using tools such as Python or R.

Experience working with patientrelated data including claims laboratory results clinical notes or registries.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret model results and identify potential issues.

Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical audiences and build compelling storylines.

A proactive flexible and creative mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and drive impact.
