German + Dutch Speaker – Customer Advisor

We are looking for a German Dutch speaking Customer Advisor to join a leading international commercial vehicle company in Ghent. This is a great opportunity to work in a customer-focused role within a global technical and fast-moving environment.

• Support customers with inquiries related to products and services
• Provide clear and professional communication via phone and email
• Handle and resolve customer requests efficiently
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience

• German (C1C2) Dutch (C1C2)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service or support experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Motivated to work in a structured target-oriented setting
