Functional Analyst
Location: Brussels Belgium

Contract Duration: 6 Months
We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst with 10 years of experience to join a project in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis requirements gathering and modern API-driven application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain data models and data mapping documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams on Java Spring Boot microservices and API design.
- Review Swagger documentation to ensure API quality and consistency.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure solutions align with business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Support Agile development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
- Strong experience in Data Modelling and Data Mapping.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
- Knowledge of Java Spring Boot Microservices and REST APIs.
- Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
- Familiarity with code review processes and software development best practices.
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
