Job Summary

Functional Analysis Advisor (Expert)

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analysis Advisor to support IT development teams by defining and improving analysis modelling testing and documentation practices. You will provide expertise on Jira and Confluence support cloud migration initiatives manage end-to-end testing strategies and coach analysts on best practices. You will also contribute to process improvements quality audits AI adoption in software development and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements:

10 years of experience in IT analysis or software development
Expert knowledge of Functional Analysis Jira Confluence Data Modeling Scrum and Test Analysis & Design
Experience with Agile methodologies UML/BPMN (preferred) and documentation standards
Interest in applying AI to software development processes
Strong coaching communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent French good English and passive Dutch

Location: Brussels (Hybrid)
Contract: Confirmed until September 2026 with possible extensions.
