To strengthen our Electrophysiology (EP) Clinical Affairs team we are recruiting an EP Field Clinical Specialist (Europe).

As an EP Field Clinical Specialist you will support clinical research across Europe working closely with clinical sites physicians and research teams.

This fieldbased position is ideal for someone passionate about electrophysiology and clinical excellence who thrives in a dynamic and international environment.

You will act as a trusted technical and clinical expert contributing to highquality study execution and patient outcomes.

This role is remote within Europe and requires travel up to 75% during active clinical trial enrollment periods.

What You Will Do

• Support clinical trial procedures and patient enrollment activities within the EP therapy area

• Act as an expert in EP technologies clinical protocols and study procedures for sites and stakeholders

• Build strong relationships with clinical sites and support site startup qualification and enrollment strategies

• Identify challenges implement solutions and provide feedback to optimize study progress and patient safety

• Train and support clinical staff on protocols product use and best practices

• Collaborate with Clinical Scientists study teams and crossfunctional partners to improve study design and execution

• Contribute to product troubleshooting education initiatives and sharing best practices across regions

What You Need

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in cardiology healthcare or clinical research

• 23 years of experience in Electrophysiology ideally in a clinical or fieldbased role

• Strong knowledge of EP lab procedures and clinical workflows

• Experience in clinical trials or research support is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

• Willingness to travel up to 75% across Europe
