Executive Creative Director
Job Summary
As Executive Creative Director you will lead the creative vision the development and execution of creative strategies that strengthen our brand presence and client engagement within the institutional market. The Executive Creative Director will work closely with the strategists and will guide a multidisciplinary team to produce work that is bold strategic and emotionally resonant. The Executive Creative Director will manage a team of art directors copywriters and other creative professionals to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns. The Executive Creative Director will also work hand in hand with the Client Services Director in developing new solutions and services to offer to clients in line with the Agency Positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership: Define drive and direct the team of art directors copywriters and other needed expertise in delivering bold powerful innovative creative concepts in line with clients briefings and strategic goals. Ensure all creative outputs align with compliance and regulatory standards.
Team Management: Mentor and inspire the creative team to produce high-quality and original artwork. He will foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Campaign/Project/Tenders Development: Lead concepting and execution of multi-channel communication actions.
Client Engagement: Pitch and defend creative concepts to clients and stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
Innovation & Quality: Ensure all creative output is innovative high-impact and meets ICF Nexts standards of excellence.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategists account leads and technical teams to integrate creative with broader business objectives.

Required Qualifications
15 years of creative experience in agency or studio environments including senior-level leadership.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns across media platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and executional excellence.
Masters degree in communications design graphic design or related field.
Experience in energy sustainability or behaviour-change campaigns is a plus. ---

Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Deep understanding of digital social and media channels.
Ability to lead brainstorming sessions and guide creative ideation.

Experience with public sector clients is advantageous.
