Dutch Web Copywriter

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Web Copywriter to create manage and optimize digital content for websites and CMS platforms. You will transform complex information into clear accessible and engaging content while working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Write translate edit and optimize digital content including web pages news articles FAQs manuals surveys and notifications.
• Ensure content meets web accessibility standards and follows web writing best practices.
• Design clear information architecture to improve navigation and user experience.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide guidance on content strategy.
• Work closely with UX specialists webmasters analysts developers and other stakeholders.
• Create editorial guidelines writing standards CMS documentation and reference materials.
• Deliver training and workshops on web writing accessibility and CMS best practices.
• Use generative AI tools responsibly to enhance content creation while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience

• Masters degree in Communications or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in web copywriting and digital content creation.
• Strong knowledge of CMS SEO web accessibility and technical writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and generative AI tools.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while working collaboratively in a team.
• Experience in the public sector or social security is an advantage.

Languages

• Native Dutch
• Active knowledge of French
• Passive knowledge of English (German is a plus)
