Digital Workforce Project Manager

• Drive the Digital Workplace roadmap by translating business requirements into effective and scalable workplace solutions
  
• Develop and manage project plans budgets timelines scope objectives success criteria and key deliverables.
  
• Ensure consistency and compliance with IT governance frameworks and the IT landscape including security data privacy regulatory requirements and lifecycle management processes for digital workplace tools and platforms.
  
• Drive coordination and oversight of cross-functional teams ensuring effective collaboration between IT business stakeholders vendors service providers and consulting partners.
  
• Oversee project execution by managing progress risks dependencies quality deliverables timelines and issue resolution while providing regular updates to senior management.
  
• Evaluate solutions technologies and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and business value.
  
• Develop and execute change management and user adoption strategies to maximize the value and impact of digital workplace solutions.
  
• Define monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including adoption platform usage user satisfaction and business value realisation.
  
• Facilitate workshops alignment sessions and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure business needs are translated into effective solutions and successful outcomes.
  
• Promote best practices and innovative ways of working with a strong focus on employee experience usability efficiency and productivity.
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience in project and program management applying Agile PRINCE2 PMI or equivalent methodologies.
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement influencing and change management skills.
  
• Broad understanding of digital workplace technologies collaboration platforms and modern digital ways of working.
  
• Excellent communication presentation facilitation and leadership capabilities.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
  
• Proven ability to operate effectively in complex fast-paced and matrix organizational environments
