Job Summary
Requirements
Mission:
Support the digital transformation of the Analytical Development department by acting as a data domain expert and business counterpart to data engineering assessing needs designing optimised processes and associated data flow evaluating or developing digital solutions ensuring successful deployment and adoption by end users. Additionally ensure that data generated across Analytical Development is high quality contextualised and regulatory-ready (ALCOA GxP) and provide troubleshooting and lifecycle support for digital tools in place.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis
Collect and analyse user needs. Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications and data requirements (KPIs analytical use cases decision workflows).
Identify gaps inefficiencies and improvement opportunities within current analytical development processes and data capture practices (missing metadata inconsistent standards unstructured fields)
Build a business backlog of data/analytics needs
Develop training materials user guides and standard operating procedures related to new digital tools and processes.
Support end users during deployment go-live activities and hypercare periods.
Collect and consolidate user feedback to drive continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
Translate business needs into structured data outputs KPIs and analytical use cases supporting analytical development decisions
Participate in the design of dashboards reports and data products
Data & digital solution deployment support
Perform end-to-end data and process mapping. Propose optimized workflows aligned with digital strategy data integrity principles and regulatory expectations. Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate revised processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Define data standards at the source (metadata requirements naming conventions mandatory fields business rules)
Validate data lineage transformation rules and business logic from source systems to the data platform
Contribute to solution configuration testing activities and validation activities. Ensure that selected digital solutions adhere to data integrity security and regulatory compliance requirements.
Participate in defining ingestion requirements for source systems (interfaces frequency critical fields traceability).
Required Skills:
Responsible for overseeing the strategy governance and quality of all master data (Vendors Customers Materials) ensuring its accuracy consistency and alignment with business processes across the organization. Requirements: 10 years of experience in global data depth knowledge in Master Data Governance and Strategy Expertise in Data Quality Management knowledge in Data Integration and Architecture Change Management and Data Migration
