About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Developer specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to drive the evolution and stability of their CRM environments. This freelance mission is based in Brussels for an initial duration of 7 months with the potential for renewal. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the platforms performance scalability and innovation directly impacting how B2B teams and Customer Care deliver value.

What Youll Be Doing

• Analyze business requirements in collaboration with functional teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Define and document technical specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Develop configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Drive the stabilization and post go-live evolution of Service Cloud projects.
• Lead the launch and integration of AI initiatives (Agentforce) to automate customer request processing.
• Create optimize and maintain operational reports dashboards and KPIs.
• Manage data migration including configuration and use of Data Loader.
• Prepare and execute unit and integration tests ensuring robust and reliable releases.
• Identify troubleshoot and resolve incidents and anomalies during test phases.
• Draft and maintain technical documentation for all developments and releases.
• Participate in release management and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Collaborate within Agile/SCRUM teams using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

• Ability to work partially remote with on-site presence in Brussels as required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in incident management and release management.
