Delivery Manager Contract Management

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager Contract Management with 10 years of experience to join a dynamic project in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiations with the ability to manage complex supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contractual obligations and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Handle contract amendments renewals and governance throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Monitor contract performance and prepare compliance and governance reports.
• Support customers in resolving supplier-related issues and contractual disputes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure suppliers meet contractual commitments service levels and performance expectations.
• Participate in contract negotiations and provide commercial and contractual guidance.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure contract management processes align with organizational policies and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in Contract Management or Delivery Management.
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial contract management.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing complex supplier and customer relationships.
• Knowledge of contract structures including MSA SoW and SLA.
• Familiarity with GDPR and information security principles is an advantage.
• Experience working in complex multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
