Czech + Russian Speaker – Customer Advisor

We are looking for a Czech Russian speaking Customer Advisor to join a leading international commercial vehicle company in Ghent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and working in a structured international environment.

• Support customers with product and service inquiries
• Handle requests via phone and email in a professional manner
• Provide clear and efficient solutions to customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

• Czech (C1C2) Russian (C1C2)
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service or support experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Problem-solving mindset
