Operating from our commercial and industrial hub in Ghent Belgium you will represent an elite automotive brand serving as the core link between advanced vehicle engineering teams and the multinational enterprises powering the global economy.

This role goes far beyond standard customer care. You will be directly accountable for providing high-level technical expertise diagnostic support and tailored operational solutions directly to enterprise transport managers and authorized automotive service centers across our global network.

• Cross-Department Synergy: Partner closely with Sales Logistics and Engineering divisions to accelerate response times and ensure flawless data integrity across all corporate software platforms.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory Language Skills

• Bilingual Command: Fluent command of both Czech and Polish (written and spoken) is strictly required. You must possess the ability to transition effortlessly between both languages in a corporate environment.
• Business English: A minimum of B2 (Upper-Intermediate) proficiency is essential for utilizing technical databases completing internal reports and collaborating in global team meetings.
