Were looking for a Customer Success Manager who can turn our clients into long-term partners and help them unlock the full potential of our AI-powered platform.

We dont like waste. Waste of time energy water and efficiency. Thats why we built an AI-powered sidekick for energy sustainability and facility professionals. It uncovers hidden issues in building data delivers real-time actionable insights and helps organizations hit cost and emission short: we help companies save money while making the planet less wasteful.
Why this role matters
Customer Success at Enersee is not support. Its strategy growth and trust-building.
Youll be the face and voice of Enersee to some of Europes biggest brands. Think Lidl Ahold Delhaize Veolia Stad Kortrijk and more. Your mission: turn great onboarding into long-term impact and commercial expansion. And since youll be our only dedicated Customer Success Manager youll help shape what success looks like. Both for our clients and for us as a company.
What youll do
Be the go-to person for our enterprise clients building strong strategic partnerships.
Own onboarding together with our product team: align stakeholders set up integrations and define goals.
Translate customer goals into real outcomes (and growing contracts).
Design business cases to help clients scale from pilot to full rollout.
Spot opportunities to expand usage drive renewals and increase client impact. And then act on them.
Collect and organize feedback from users feeding insights back to product and tech teams.
Build dashboards in HubSpot to track revenue and expansion.
Shape and scale our Customer Success practices as we grow.

Were building a team of brilliant ambitious people who want to do meaningful work. You might be a match if youre a curious thinker and a fast do-er with:
Experience in Customer Success Account Management or a related role in a tech startup scale-up or comparable (Enterprise) clients.
A proactive mindset: you dont wait for problems to solve them.
You work as a leader in CSM: dont have a proces yet You create it. Running into the same challenges You fix them.
Great comms skills. You can simplify complex ideas for any audience.
Strategic thinking & commercial instincts. Spot opportunities and seize them.
Analytical skills: you love digging into customer data & feedback.
A strong interest in energy sustainability and tech (Energy experience big plus!)
Fluent English one other EU language (Dutch French or German preferred)
Experience with Hubspot Mixpanel Intercom or BI tools is a plus.

Compensation
> 4500- tot 5500- gross base salary per month excluding holiday allowance (but it also highly depends on what you bring to the table)
