About the Role

We are recruiting Czech Russian and Polish-speaking Customer Advisors to join an international support team based in this hybrid role you will act as a key point of contact for customers ensuring highquality assistance and a smooth service experience.

Key Information

Work Model: Hybrid

Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts

Shift Duration: 7h30 per shift (including a 30minute lunch break)

Relocation: Relocation support provided

Additional Details

Initial contract duration: 136 months (not permanent from day one)

First month of training: fully on-site

After training: 1 remote day per week

Relocation package includes 1 month of accommodation for candidates relocating from outside Belgium

Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Czech Russian and Polish

Manage inquiries requests and issue resolution

Ensure a positive customer experience

Follow internal procedures and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

Fluent proficiency in Czech

Fluent proficiency in Russian

Fluent proficiency in Polish

Ability to accept a 24/7 rotating shift schedule

Willingness to accept an initial 136 month contract
