Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement AI-powered Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio.
• Analyze business requirements and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Develop solution roadmaps technical designs and functional specifications.
• Build and optimize Copilot Agents and AI-driven business solutions.
• Develop workflows and automations using Power Automate Power Apps and Power BI.
• Assess SharePoint Online environments and support migration initiatives.
• Provide technical support troubleshooting and production deployment assistance.
• Create technical documentation and deliver user training and workshops.
• Support change management and drive adoption of AI solutions across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio (AI Agents).
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint Online including content management governance and collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Power Automate
  • Power Apps
  • Power BI
• Strong analytical and business process optimization skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Experience with change management and digital adoption is an advantage.
