What youll build

Contract Preparation & Coordination: Assist in commercial contracting processes helping to prepare review and coordinate contract documents (e.g. Order Forms standard agreements) in collaboration with legal and finance colleagues.

Template Maintenance & Localization: Maintain and update contract template libraries for SAP Belgium including localizing standard templates to comply with Belgian legal requirements and language needs.

Tender & RFP Support: Provide first-line assistance in public tenders and RFP processes including initial review of tender documents compliance checks and drafting basic responses under guidance.

Corporate Housekeeping: Support corporate governance and housekeeping tasks such as organizing company legal documentation maintaining records of board decisions and assisting with compliance-related filings.

Administrative & Team Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to the SAP Belgium Legal and Finance leadership including coordinating document approvals managing follow-ups and liaising with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales finance legal teams).

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a junior point of contact for internal teams on contract and tender-related queries ensuring smooth communication and coordination across stakeholders.

What you bring

Education: Bachelors degree in Rechtspraktijk (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

Experience: 02 years of experience (entry-level). Relevant internships or academic experience in contract management tenders or legal support are a plus

Skills:

• Basic understanding of commercial contracts
• Interest in public procurement processes (Belgian/EU context is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Languages:

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required
• French is a strong asset

Personal Attributes:

• Proactive eager to learn and team-oriented
• Service-minded and hands-on
• Comfortable working in a supporting guided role
